For the past 10 years Berrisford Construction has served the upper end of the residential property market in and around Cape Town. In building relationships with architects and clients, it prides itself on delivering a quality building service – and enjoys many repeat clients.

Berrisford Construction cc was founded in 1997 by Jeremy Berrisford, the sole member. He has completed a Bachelor of Business Science, finance and accounting (UCT) and a Bachelor of Building Science, Construction Management (UCT).

CAPACITY

Berrisford Construction operates out of an office in Woodstock. It is a medium-sized company that offers personal on-site management. There is a permanent force of committed and loyal staff members, all of whom are registered with the Building Industrial Council. This permanent core of staff enables the company to sustain a high level of quality control.
